About This Bread

Made from a time-honored fermented starter, this Amish Sourdough delivers a mild sweetness, soft crumb, and golden crust — perfect for sandwiches, toast, or special occasions.

Each loaf is handcrafted the old-fashioned way: prepped and risen over a 2-day period, decorated with a rice flour stencil, scored, and baked in non-toxic cast iron with parchment paper.

Organic unbleached wheat flour, water, organic avocado oil, cane sugar, salt, potato flakes, yeast, rice flour
